CH Group commissioned the most ambitious project to date: the Bank of
Ghana’s Headquarters, aptly named Bank Square. This grand
occasion was graced by myriad local and international dignitaries,
including the President of the Republic, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-
Addo, the Vice President of Ghana, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, the
Governor of the Bank of Ghana, Dr. Ernest Addison, Governor of the
Central Bank of West African States, Jean-Claude Kassi Brou,
Presiding Bishop of the Methodist Church Ghana, The Most Rev'd.
Prof. J. Kwabena Asamoah-Gyadu, Ga Mantse, His Royal Majesty King
Tackie Teiko Tsuru II, and many others. A plethora of media houses
were present to capture the historic moment live, sharing it with the
a national and international audience.

  1. The Amenity Pavilion: A six-story marvel, the Amenity Pavilion
    houses a currency museum, state-of-the-art conference
    centres, press facilities, an auditorium, and a stunning rooftop
    terrace. This multifunctional space ensures a perfect blend of
    utility and elegance.
  2. The Urban Block: At nine stories tall, the Urban Block’s expansive
    floor plates accommodate corporate departments and wellness-
    focused amenities. Staff can enjoy office spaces complemented
    by facilities such as a cafeteria, lecture rooms, computer labs, a
    nursery, breakout areas, and a medical centre, promoting a well-
    rounded work-life balance.
  1. The Podium: This five-story structure (two above ground and
    three underground) offers secure parking and houses the majority of the
    project’s mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Its
    landscaped rooftop seamlessly connects to the pedestrian lobbies of
    the Tower and Urban Block, merging functionality with aesthetic
    charm.
  2. The Tower: Rising 22 stories above the ground, the Tower is the
    centrepiece of Bank Square. It features staff workspaces, meeting
    rooms, VIP areas, and dedicated prayer rooms for Muslims and
    Christian employees. The Tower’s iconic design makes it a standout
    feature in Accra’s skyline.
  3. The Banking Hall: A double-volume structure, the Banking Hall
    serves as the operational hub, complete with back-office services
    and cutting-edge facilities to cater to the Bank’s customers.
  4. The Energy Farm: This one-story structure is home to the
    equipment powering the entire development, underscoring the
    project’s focus on self-sustainability.
  5. The Grand Pavilion: A symbol of elegance and wellness, the Grand
    The pavilion is the main welcome feature of Bank Square. Its grand
    staircase, comprising 41 meticulously designed steps, is both
    functional and visually striking, offering visitors a sense of majesty.
