Goldkey properties has successfully completed several Joint Venture residential developments, commercial office developments and Private Public partnership (PPP) developments. Together with our Architects & Clients, we develop iconic designs that meet our clients’ requirements, developing sustainable and efficient structures to offer value for money. We also develop projects on TURNKEY basis commencing with a design proposal/concept to enhance corporate image and brand identity. We produce designs with a high building efficiency ratio (net area: gross area), for maximum space utilization and cost effectiveness.
Central to our approach is quality control, risk management, cost management and health and safety. We procure globally from source and from the original equipment manufacturers to ensure the best quality items at the most competitive prices. We aim to achieve economies of scale in procurement by leveraging Goldkey’s large volume of projects and strong purchasing power. We have developed, in addition to our own portfolio, over 150,000sqm of commercial office space for third parties including interior fit-out and partitioning (CAT B finishes) as well as furnishing and interior décor (CAT C finishes). We develop with future property management costs in mind to ensure that the building is developed to operate efficiently and at minimum cost.
